About Me
Greetings Bobcats,
I am honored to be entering my 1st year here at Piedmont Classical High School. I will be teaching Physical Science, Biology, and Honors Biology during the 2019-2020 school year. I am a native of High Point, North Carolina and a proud graduate of Southwest Guilford High School. After graduating, I decided to pursue my education at Gupton-Jones College acquiring an Associate of Science in Funeral Service (Mortuary Science). Then I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Biology from Guilford College. I earned my teaching certification in Middle Grade Science from Greensboro College and my Secondary Science certification in 2012. My hobbies are walking in the park, traveling with my family, reading inspirational novels, and watching comedy movies. My ultimate goal as a science teacher is to increase students' scientific awareness by providing a diverse and nurturing environment for critical thinking.
